We got our first guitars and drum set in December of 2008 and composed our first song within a few hours called Three. We were 8 years old and Alex was 5 years old at the time. Since then we’ve composed over 13 songs which were influenced by BB King, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Santana, Eric Clapton, Albert Collins, and others.
We hosted our own Benefit concert in January 2010 in an effort to raise money for the people of Haiti after the earthquake. We composed a song called Helicopter Rescue in which we saw news clips of helicopters coming in to rescue the people. We’ve performed at other charity events and compose music to bring hope and courage to those that are having troubles and to the men and women that risk their lives to help others. We composed a song for one charity event called You’re Never Alone because a lot of people were coming together to help a fellow musician that needs a lung transplant.
We were recently selected as the official band to represent The Phoenix Children’s Hospital Kids
Rock Stars program . This opportunity ties in with our purpose to inspire kids with music and create a community where our fans and friends can come together and reach out to those that are having troubles. We hope you enjoy our music.
We support the Phoenix Blues Society and we are listed in the Blues Kids Section of the National Blues Foundation website.
